Ameriglobe Enterprises, Corp. is a Florida based company established in 1999 as a broker in the financial field of Asset Management and is manufacturing and marketing Pharmaceutical and Food products under the DBA of “ADVENT Labs” under following categories;

1) ADVENT Labs Rapid Self Test Kits and

2) ADVENT Labs Pre-Packed Products of America and

3) ADVENT Labs Dietary Supplements

Asset Management

In 1999, The Company diversified and started to work intensively with a US based company offering asset management and investment projects with representatives throughout Western Europe, Asia and the United States, which currently holds an investment portfolio totaling 22.6 Billion US Dollars. This company was originally created to address the specific financial needs of the Latin American and Caribbean markets and has now intensified its efforts in North America and Europe as well.

The above funds were successfully utilized in financing major projects throughout United States and Turkey. Among the many projects was a three hundred million USD finance package offered to the Municipality of Izmit/Turkey for construction of a housing project in Izmit after the terribly disastrous earthquake in the region. Similarly AGE made available financing in Turkey for various government projects aside from housing, such as hospitals for the private sector and university projects.

Throughout the years, our company has developed relationships with the world’s largest financial institutions. Based on these relationships, we are able to streamline the financial process, providing innovative solutions to the financing problems existent in many developing countries, thus eliminating historic barriers to development making us the “missing link” between investors and international financing centers and emerging capital markets worldwide.

Within the same year, the Pharmaceutical and Prepacked Products division of The Company was established under our brand name of “ADVENT Labs” Products of America, with the following divisions;

1) ADVENT Labs “Home Test Technologies of America”

We launched the first division within “ADVENT Labs” Products of America as Home Test Technologies, its brand of at home diagnostic products for consumers in the US, with 14 accurate and easy to use OTC (Over The Counter) tests and screening products for Cholesterol, Diabetes, Urinary Tract Infection, Pregnancy, Ovulation, Skin Cancer, PSA, and Deteriorating Vision as well as a series of health journals specifically designed for women, men, seniors, children, and pregnant women. We can presently add new products to the line including tests for ulcers, bladder infection and the detection of kidney failure.

In addition to the above, manufacturing is also focused on the research, development, and commercialization of transdermal and dermal drug delivery systems, skin permeation enhancers and high purity specialty biochemicals.

2) ADVENT Labs “Pre-packed Products of America”

ADVENT Labs Pre-packed Products of America was the third line of products to be added, which included over 200 separate items, such as:

Saccharin Sugar Alternatives (liquid, powder, and tablet), Aspartame Sugar Alternatives (powder, and tablet), Creamers, Instant Coffees, Coffee Kits, Hot Chocolates, Cappuccinos, Drink Mixes, Sugar-Free Drink Mixes, Gelatins, Sugar-Free Gelatins, Puddings, Salt & Pepper Packets, Turbinado Sugar and Pet foods of all varieties
